Drury Inn & Suites Louisville East

Jaz at the front desk of Drury INN in Louisville, KY truly made our stay memorable. She is a wonderful welcoming executive who helped us a lot throughout our visit. The moment you walk into the hotel, she is the first person you see—with a beautiful smile and a genuinely warm attitude that makes you feel right at home. Her helpfulness and positive energy set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself was great as well. The breakfast was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to enjoy a complimentary dinner in the evening too. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Louisville. Had a suite on top floor away from elevator and facing back so no road noise, which was nice! Comparable price to ither hotels and this included happy hour (dinner food) and breakfast, which was a plus. Very friendly front desk and happy hour staff. Location close to main road/highway.

Drury is a great hotel company. We stay in these alot and they would be my overall pick out of them all. They have a huge breakfast and dinner every day, pool, hot tub and nice beds.

Wonderfull hotel. We stay here when in the area about once every 3 months. Everyone is super not. Rooms are usually very clean. We had an issue where there was a drink or something spilled and dried on a wall near the bed that someone missed cleaning. I would bet Noone told the desk it was spilled. The breakfast is okay, kickback appetitizers are okay. It seems to be in a nice safe area as well. Easy to get in and out. The pool and hot tub could use a better cleaning each day but it is not too bad. We will continue staying here. The people are the best!!

Very friendly staff! After a long drive, I was greeted by Jazz- very friendly and helpful. The room is nice - it's a little older but you can tell that Dury actually cares. The room was clean enough. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and small size pillows mentioned in other reviews were not an issue since there were half a dozen of them. We got there too late for dinner but the breakfast was ok. I would stay again.

Stopped in for a night while traveling through the area. Love when I walked in and I am greeted with a smile. The gentlemen that checked me in was pleasant and knowledgeable. I unfortunately did not get his name as it was a long day of travel. The kickback and breakfast are such a great deal that is included in the hotel stay. The king suite was very large and comfortable. I highly recommend this Drury if you are in the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Went here fairly late at night due to an initial reservation at an hotel not being up to par. Check-in took quite a while due to room issues, but when I eventually got the room I was pleased with it. Everything felt very comfortable and I had no issue with the room I was given. Only cons are TV feels old and no complimentary water in fridge. Breakfast is AMAZING. The best breakfast I've had from an hotel. It's a very full optioned breakfast, with anything you could want. Ate breakfast here all 2 mornings. My one issue: I got in my room on my last night and found a hole in the ceiling had opened up. It was dripping water and there was obvious moisture around where the hold had opened. I'm taking a star off for this, though they immediately transferred me to a much nicer room, I hate to think about what maintenance may of been skipped to cause this to happen. I would definitely stay here again, and am now on the lookout for Drury properties over the continental United States.
